Before- and After-School Extended Day Activities
At St. Agnes Academy-St. Dominic School, we offer a nurturing Extended Day Activities (EDA) program to meet your child's needs and interests.
EDA is an extension of the school and operates in harmony with our school philosophy. The program is maintained by caring, qualified adults and assistants who provide opportunities for children to develop friendships, improve skills, and have fun through various sports, crafts, indoor/outdoor games, and homework experiences!

Registration Forms
Online registration must be completed for each student attending EDA. This registration contains information vital to the health and safety of your child. Please be sure to keep this information current by notifying the coordinator of any pertinent changes, particularly regarding those allowed to pick up your child and emergency phone numbers.
Before School Hours
Before Care begins at 7:00am each morning. PK2 students will be dropped off in their PK2 classroom, PK and JK students will be dropped off in the ECC Room 160, and K-8th grade students will be dropped off in the Dining Hall.
Before Care ends at 7:45am for ECC students and 7:30am for K-8th grade students. All students will be walked to their classrooms.
After School Hours
The program begins at 2:30pm for PK2, 2:45pm for PK and JK, and 3:00pm for K-8th grade students with the exception of Wednesday's early dismissal. Extended Day will begin at 2:00pm on Wednesdays. EDA ends at 6:00pm each day. Students picked up after 6:00pm will be charged a late pick up fee.
Holiday Care
We offer full day childcare during a few of our in service days. Holiday Care will be offered from 7:30am – 5:30pm. Students registered for EDA will need to log into active and choose which days they will need childcare. Students not registered for EDA will need to register their student to attend any of our Holiday Care days. Holiday Care is available to all students ages PK2 – 8th grade.
The cost will be $55 per day for ECC students and $45 per day for K-8th grade students. The following days Holiday Care will be offered:
Faculty In-Service: October 10th
PK2 – 8th Parent/ Teacher Conference: October 28th
Faculty In-Service Day: February 17th
Sign in/Sign out
Your child will be signed in every day he/she attends EDA. The parent or parent-designated guardian must sign the child out in the presence of a staff member every day. ID will always be requested of people who are unfamiliar to our EDA staff. If a person’s name does not appear on the Registration Form, you must send a note identifying that person before the child will be released into their care. All requests must be made in writing due to state regulations.
Fees
A non-refundable annual registration fee of $25.00 per child is required with your registration form. The cost of the program will be automatically drafted from the bank account associated with your FACTS tuition account. Be sure to indicate on your registration your preferred payment plan.
